How "Made to Order" Works
Each custom piece is created through a simple, intentional process designed to make ordering feel easy and grounded. First, choose the piece you feel most drawn to. Then, share your colour direction and any special notes in the customization form so your vision can be brought to life.
From there, your garment is carefully handcrafted over 4–6 weeks using natural, upcycled materials. Once complete, your one-of-a-kind piece is sent to you, ready to be worn, lived in, and loved.
How "Ready to Ship" Works
Each ready-to-ship piece has already been thoughtfully handcrafted and is waiting for its next home. Simply choose the item that calls to you and complete your purchase. Because these garments and creations are already finished, there is no production wait time—your order will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your doorstep within a few business days. What you see is the exact one-of-a-kind piece you'll receive, ready to be worn, lived in, and loved.
Care Instructions
These garments are crafted from natural fibres, and as such they are best cared for gently to preserve their softness, shape, and longevity. I recommend washing on a delicate cycle with cold water and mild detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals or heavy agitation whenever possible.
To dry, either tumble dry on a low setting or, ideally, hang to dry to extend the life of your piece and honour the natural integrity of the fibres.

Return Policy
Each custom piece that is made-to-order and created specifically for you, based on your selected colours, preferences, and details. Because of this highly personalized process, all custom items are final sale and returns are not accepted.
Items purchased from the Ready to Ship collection may be returned at the purchaser's expense for return shipping, provided they are returned in brand-new, unworn condition with no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
If there is an issue with your order or something doesn’t feel right when it arrives, please reach out directly so I can support you and find the best possible solution. My intention is always that your Wild Song piece is cherished and well-loved for years to come.
When will I get my order?
Each custom piece from the Made to Order collection is thoughtfully made to order, with a creation time of 4–6 weeks as your garment is individually crafted by hand with care and intention. Once your piece is completed, shipping time is added on top of this and will vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
Items from the Ready to Ship collection have already been handmade and are typically packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Shipping transit time is then added on top of this and will vary based on your location and selected shipping option.

Where are your products manufactured?
Each piece is created intentionally and slowly in my off-grid dome in the southern interior of British Columbia, where I work in rhythm with the land and the materials available to me. I source all fabrics from local thrift shops and Vancouver-based deadstock warehouses—eco “end-of-roll” fabric packs that are rescued from larger textile companies and given a second life. These mystery bundles mean every fabric selection is unknown until it arrives, making each collection a true practice in creative response and intuitive design.
I only work with 100% natural fibre materials, ensuring each garment remains grounded in sustainability, softness, and respect for the earth.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
